On December 19, 2012, guided by DEREN Electronics Union and Human Resources Center, “DEREN Electronics 2013 Employee Care Fund” publicity and promotion activity starts. The promotion and establishment of “Employee Care Fund” among employees aim to further carry forward the fine traditions of solidarity and friendship as well as mutual help and relief, fully reflecting the company’s humanistic care for employees; the company will help employees in trouble to overcome difficulties, build up their confidence, motivate initiative of employees, promote stability of employee teams, boost production and development, better demonstrate warm and care from the big family of the company and labor union organization, to further enhance cohesion of the company, strengthen the team spirit of employees and improve the risk withstanding capacity of employees.
