Recently, KSD, a joint venture company of DEREN Electronics, received a thank-you letter from FAW-Volkswagen, thanking DEREN Electronics for its support to FAW-Volkswagen in the past year.
2021 is a year full of challenges for the whole vehicle wiring harness supply chain. From the repeated epidemics at the beginning of the year to the shortage of semiconductor resources, from the flood outbreak in Henan to the sudden occurrence of a series of events such as power restriction and production restriction, the already tight parts supply is even more difficult. However, in the face of many difficulties, KSD has always stood firmly with FAW-Volkswagen, closely united and overcome the difficulties together.
During the epidemic at the beginning of the year, KSD not only ensured the safety of its own employees, but also ensured safe production. When other FAW-Volkswagen wiring harness factories were faced with shortage of personnel, it actively coordinated 70 internal employees to provide support, which strongly guaranteed the continuous production of customers' products and successfully helped customers tide over the epidemic risk.
At the same time, the pressure of supply chain in 2021 had a great impact on the production stability of FAW-Volkswagen. KSD gave full play to the advantages of the joint venture company, actively mobilized the resources of various factories within the Group, and fully supported FAW-Volkswagen to rapidly increase its production capacity in the short term to ensure the achievement of customers' mass production goals.
During the National Day, in order to help customers solve DCU alternatives, KSD also organized employees to work overtime during holidays to prepare for production, so as to maximize the spirit of putting customers first and going all out to ensure production.

KSD is a joint venture between DEREN Electronics and German KROMBERG&SCHUBERT in China in 2012. It mainly supplies high-end automotive wiring harness, and has won the honor of Best Supplier from internationally renowned customers such as FAW-Volkswagen and Volvo for many years: Excellent Partner of FAW-Volkswagen in 2019, Outstanding Production Contribution Award of Volvo Cars in 2019, Excellent Partner Award of FAW-Volkswagen in 2020 and Best Supplier of Volvo Cars in 2020.
Receiving the thank-you letter from FAW-Volkswagen this time is the affirmation and recognition of our service by customers again, and fully embodies the service tenet of DEREN Electronics, "Use our efforts to ensure the success of customers". Since the outbreak of the epidemic in 2020, KSD has actively coordinated the global raw material procurement resources to ensure its own raw material supply, from raw material procurement to parts processing to finished product delivery, and achieved excellent results of zero customer delivery non-performing rate. KSD provides strong support for customers to outperform the market with the best quality and the most stable supply and service. In the past year, KSD strived to be outstanding in terms of supply guarantee, cost reduction, quality, project and research and development. Even in the face of many difficulties, we always put the interests of customers first, ensuring product quality and delivery.
