On December 12, 2017, Shenzhen Deren Electronic Co., Ltd., successfully held the ground-breaking ceremony of "Deren Mansion" the Deren electronic industry park of Shenzhen Guangming New Zone. Representatives from the relevant functional departments of the management committee of Guangming New Zone, the constructor and the supervisor, leaders of Deren Company and the special guests attended the ceremony.
The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Wen Zuojun, director of the human resource department of Deren Group, Mr. Qiu Jianmin, chairman of the board, attended the ceremony and made a warm speech, this historic moment was witnessed in flowers and applause, and the foundation stone laying ceremony of "Deren Mansion" was completed successfully. The ceremony was also attended by vice chairman of the board, Mr. Qiu Weimin, president of the Group, Mr. Tian Nanlu, vice President Mr. Song Shenglin, vice President and Chairman secretary Mr. Wang Shaohua, chief of Jiangmen KS Deren Mr Sonar, as well as the core management, etc.
Located at the south side of Guanguang Road of Guangming New Zone, Shenzhen, the mansion covers an area of 8446.9 square meters and a building area of 54310.5 square meters. Deren Mansion was officially laid down on December 12, 2017 and is expected to be completed by May 2020. After completion, it will have a total of 23 floors and a building height of 99.9 meters.
